Brief
A new 36,000 sq ft venue within a section of a purpose-built sports complex, to incorporate an amenities block , toilets, staff accommodation, office, party area, stores, kitchen and food service area.
Scope of Works
Role as main contractor responsible for CDM, Project Management, Health & Safety and overall project co-ordinator.
All below-ground drainage works for amenities block to connect to existing infrastructure
• Install heating and air-handling systems
• Installation of ventilation systems
• Installation of fire alarm system
• Install complete electrical systems
• Installation of complete gas system
• Install all above-ground plumbing system to amenities block
• Build self-contained amenities block
• Supply & install kitchen and food service equipment & stainless steel fabrication
• Build featured curved wall
• Install requisite fire doors and form foyers
• Fit-out including custom carpentry, joinery, plastering, tiling, safety flooring, food-safe wall cladding and painting
